The Cuisine of Hostal Rom
At Hostal Rom, we offer a small Mediterranean buffet featuring homemade cuisine that is highly appreciated by our guests. Many visitors return year after year both for Arturo’s delicious cooking and for our location and the peaceful atmosphere of our beautiful garden terrace.
Arturo represents the third generation leading the kitchen at Hostal Rom, following his grandmother Carmen and his mother Maria Josep. He has inherited many of their traditional teachings, which he has evolved and enriched with his own personal touches, shaped by his experience working alongside renowned chefs and through his many travels across Asia.
Our buffet can be enjoyed occasionally or as part of our half-board and full-board options.
Opening dates and times:
From Easter until All Saints’ Day (1 November). Open every day for dinner from 19:30 to 21:30. From early June until the end of September, we also offer lunch service, allowing guests to enjoy full board during this period.
During New Year’s (from 26 December until early January), open every day for dinner. On 31 December, we celebrate New Year’s Eve with a gala dinner served at the table.
Groups:
We welcome groups of up to 120 people (free bus parking available 150 m away).
We can work with our traditional buffet or adapt the proposal to the group’s needs, adjusting dishes, drinks, formats, and service to offer a tailor-made experience.
