In case of arriving before 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, or departing after 11:00 AM on the day of departure, we will be happy to store your luggage and you will have access to our restrooms, as well as our bar, restaurant, and WiFi services. Reception is open 24 hours a day, but we kindly ask you to inform us in advance if you expect to arrive after midnight.

Hostal Rom’s policies may vary depending on the arrival date and room type. For details regarding cancellation policies and deposit requirements, please consult them at the time of booking. In the event of losing your deposit due to a late cancellation, the amount of the deposit will remain available as credit for a future stay during low season (dates to be agreed with the hotel).
